    In the battle for naming rights, chefs get the short end of the stick Alon Shaya was 23 years old when he arrived in New Orleans to work for John Besh as chef de cuisine of Besh Steak, a position that would mark the beginning of a fruitful partnership between Shaya and the Besh Restaurant Group.
