    Eric Ripert and Jose Andrés worked with the Culinary Institute of America on this tribute to the Parts Unknown star One year after Anthony Bourdain's death , the culinary school where the chef/author/TV host learned to cook is introducing a travel-based scholarship in his memory. The Anthony Bourdain Legacy Scholarship will provide grant money to one or more Culinary Institute of America students per year to study abroad.
