The classic absinthe frappe is a refreshing mix of absinthe, mint and soda water. At Drink.Well in Austin, Jessica Sanders adds a little lemon goodness to brighten up the blend. “Muddling the lemon , introduces some citrus oils along with the juice that I believe better balance some of the sharper notes of the drink and give it a more pleasant texture,” she says.
