    From Brooklyn bar and bakery Butter & Scotch , this Negroni pie is a dreamy interpretation of the classic cocktail .
    One 9-inch pie crust 4 large egg yolks
    One 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk 2 oz. sweet vermouth 2 oz. Campari 2 oz. gin
    Pinch of salt 1-2 drops red food coloring 1½ cups heavy cream 2 tbsp sugar
    Zest of ½ an orange
