• Highball: Gin Crown

    Gin and genever share billing with citrus, walnut and ginger beer in this refreshing highball.
    ¾ oz. gin
    ¾ oz. genever
    ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
    ½ oz. grapefruit juice
    ½ oz. cane sugar simple syrup 1 dash walnut liqueur
    Ginger beer, to top
    Tools: shaker, strainer
    Glass: Collins
    Garnish: grapefruit slices
    Combine all the ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a Collins glass over a large ice spear. Top with ginger beer and garnish.
