    Rosemary syrup mixes seamlessly with the flavors of pine and pear in this seasonal Vodka Collins .
    ¾ oz. pear vodka
    ¾ oz. vodka
    ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
    ½ oz. rosemary-honey syrup
    ½ oz. Douglas Fir liqueur 1½ oz. soda water
    Tools: shaker, strainer
    Glass: Collins
    Garnish: fennel fronds
    Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to combine. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Stir briefly to combine. Garnish.
