    With a focus on all things cider , it's no surprise the bar team at Anxo looked to Trabanco Poma Aurea to bring a somewhat Spanish personality to the classic Aperol spritz.
    5 oz. Spanish cider
    1 oz. Aperol
    Tools: barspoon
    Glass: wine glass
    Garnish: orange slice or twist
    Pour Aperol into a wine glass and add ice. Top with cider. Garnish.
